With its simple structure, advanced technology, convenient operation, and high efficiency, the lathe adopts a self-developed computer chip controller and utilizes hydraulic pressure for product molding. It enables a single operator to control multiple lathes and operate them continuously with just one key throughout the day.

 

  1. The lathe consists mainly of atomization storage tanks, a material feeding barrel, a hydraulic transmission device, electric control configuration, and a machine body. Users can equip the gas source and cooling system as needed.

 

  1. The lathe features a self-inspection function during operation and it is equipped with fault alarming and indicating systems for software and hardware faults, enabling accurate positioning and alarming.

 

  1. The lathe automatically stops operation after a 2-minute prompt alarm when it completes the set work task (1 to 999,999 molds).

 

  1. The computer’s touch screen allows set adjustments such as material feeding, speed, delayed material feeding, predicted time, flow agitation, atomization time, total density time, linear encryption, holding time, and set quality, facilitating precise control of the workpiece.

 

  1. To prevent raw material adhesion, a gas atomization technology is employed, ensuring that the material does not stick to the storage tank during prolonged use with the material feeding barrel. This facilitates the material’s entry into the mold cavity with a consistent volume, and any spare raw material automatically returns to the storage tank.

 

  1. Linear ball bearings are adopted for low noise, stable transmission, small energy consumption, and long service life.

 

  1. The mold cavity can be adjusted freely, and a servo motor controls the workpiece density with high precision.

 

  1. After molding and demolding, the workpiece is automatically pushed and moved, effectively avoiding damage during the production process.

 

  1. The oil and mold are equipped with a water cooling system, ensuring normal operation even in scorching weather without the need for air conditioning.

 

  1. The mold can produce products with one cavity and two molds, approximately 800 molds * 2 products per hour, with the material barrel fed with about 10-25kg of material at a time.
